I contacted AMG Quality Care because we were not happy with the assisted living facility that our dad had been living at for 6 months. Dustin spent time speaking with myself and each of my sisters to find out exactly what each of us were looking for in a new assisted facility. He was accommodating to our schedules to tour several places. I live out of state and he took the time to give me a video tour. He helped arrange transport from old facility to the new one. Took the time to make sure our dad was situated in his room. He even made stops by my dad's room to check on him and encourage him. Calling AMG Quality Care was one of the best decisions I made to find the right Facility for our dad.

We have had a great experience working with Dustin. He communicated well with us in a timely fashion! He showed us 3 Group Home possibilities and we were easily able to select a wonderful, friendly, clean & safe place for my mom. I would highly recommend working with him!

Dustin was an amazing resource in our search for assisted living for our dad.
