Annette and David took good care of my dad up until his passing due to dementia. They were great from day one. We had a picture made into a blanket and took it over there to give my dad comfort and so he could look at it every day. I went to visit one day and someone hung it on the wall and moved the bed so he could be close to it. I was (and am) very grateful to them.
As a Godly Christian woman I’d have to be honest an say there were a couple incidents however if I had to do it all over again I would.

We have been very happy with this home for my dad. We found it via referral from another group home owner and feel very lucky we did. It is very clean and David and staff have been very attentive to my dad's needs. David is very communicative and welcomes our (constant) visits and requests. We have gotten to know David and his family (who are all very lovely people) and feel my dad is getting the best care possible. They welcome visitors and do special things for their residents like Take-Out Tuesdays and celebrating birthdays and holidays. We are grateful to have found AZ Assisted Living and Memory Care.

Our family feels very blessed to have found David's beautiful home for my dad. The home is extremely clean, well kept, modern, and welcoming. David is very kind and responsive to texts and calls. Anna is a registered nurse and is available to check in when needed, she has been a God send to us. Nicky is such a delightful young lady who we have thoroughly enjoyed getting to know. Annette makes sure he is always clean and shaven, this is very important to us because he lived a dignified life and it's important he is able keep his dignity. They all love and care for my dad and the others like they were family. Making the decision to have others care for our loved one, when we could no longer do so ourselves was a very difficult decision. AZ Assisted Living has made the decision so much easier.

Our family is grateful to have found AZ Assisted Living and Memory Care. The healthcare design in a home setting has been more comfortable and inviting for our father in comparison to a larger facility. The facility is well kept and clean.The staff treats our father like family. Their healthcare experience is seen as they continue to customize his care as his health needs change. The ability to have a mobile primary care doctor come to him has been helpful in working with his Dementia and other health concerns. He enjoys his morning cup of coffee and meals with the residents in the family style dining. We have recommended their facility to family and friends.

Ana and David have been wonderful people to not only my dad but to their other clients as well. They show their heart and their compassion with each of them. They have a wonderful staff who assists them with the day to day activities, cooking, cleaning and just being gracious to everyone. I am grateful for all they are doing.
