My mother was at this facility at the end of her life in hospice care. The staff went above and beyond and always so caring to not only my mother but my whole family. Jorge was one of the aides and was amazing! He was my mom’s “favorite” and always was so kind and made her feel extra special and well cared for. We need more Jorge’s in this world! Thank you for the great care. I would highly recommend this assisted living center for any of my loved ones.

Moving my folks to Brookdale On Ray made a major improvement in their quality of life. They feel safe knowing that a loving caregiver is always close by to help them with daily tasks that they now struggle to perform. They are very pleased with the staff, accommodations, and the food.
I sleep well knowing they are in good hands.

Brookdale Chandler Ray Road is a warm and loving community that takes great care of their residents. The staff have so much experience and really know how to provide great care. I am so glad to know the folks there and have volunteered before. I would not hesitate to move my loved one there. The nursing staff are top notch

On a professional note: I have had the pleasure of working with the Executive Director, Amy, in obtaining assistance for a dear friends father who needed to be moved into assisted living. Their experience was nothing short of amazing! From the moment they first visited the community through to their father being moved into Brookdale Chandler Ray Road, they were treated with care and respect as they navigated the process.
On a personal note: I have had the pleasure of working with Amy in navigating and learning the ropes of senior living. So much to understand about the partnerships you develop. Senior living is a specialized industry that takes a lot of patience to navigate and Amy has been extremely helpful. Thank you!
