My 96 year old mom has been at Cadence for 2 months. She loves it! The staff is amazing. The food is delicious. The facility is clean and beautiful. The residents love it too. I am a real estate broker and I have helped many clients transition to independent and assisted living. I have not ever seen a place where everyone is so happy. This place is run like a cruise ship! I cannot say enough to give Cadence the praise they deserve.

We had a wonderful experience, touring the community with Anthony. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel welcome and comfortable. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of our questions with Care. His genuine passion for helping families really showed, and he gave us a thorough and thoughtful tour and helped us truly understand what the community offers. We had the opportunity to see Assisted living and memory care and we were very impressed. Thank you, Anthony, for your kindness, professionalism and for going above and beyond during our visit. Itâs hard decision to make for your parent. But once it was made, I found it to exceed my expectations. The activities, caregivers, and director of memory was fabulous. I enjoyed my visits w my dad. At times, it felt ânormalâ going to happy hour and enjoying the music.

After visiting four different assisted-living communities, my parents made the easy decision to choose Cadence Chandler⊠and that decision was largely because of Trent.
The facility itself is beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully designed with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. But what truly set Cadence apart is the genuine care and attention from the staff, especially Trent from the moment we arrived, he made us feel at ease. He took the time to understand our needs and gave us a thorough tour with patients, kindness, and empathy. Itâs clear that he truly cares about the well-being of every individual who comes in. Trent didnât just show us around⊠He made my parents feel seen, heard, and valued. That personal connection made all the difference. Not a frequent reviewer, but making an exception here. My mother decided to enter the senior living residence market in the fall of 2021. After visits to several facilities in the Chandler/Gilbert vicinity, she was quickly discouraged that none were appealing.
Out of sheer luck, we drove by the satellite Cadence sales office, since Cadence was months away from opening. On a whim, we decided to stop and inquire. My mother was instantly interested. After touring a sister facility in Mesa she was sold, and became a âFoundingâ resident moving in in March 2022. Best decision made.
This is a quick synopsis of what she enjoys after experiencing the Cadence life firsthand for 3 years:
Great staff all around â management, house cleaning, nurses, front desk, activities, maintenance, bus service, and dining room
Activities â games, music, fitness, outings, movies, happy hours!!!
Food â elegant atmosphere, wide variety, pick-up, Chefâs night, great holiday and special occasion feasts!!!
And most of all â FRIENDS!!! Great social opportunities abound!!
