I was independently referred to Jackie by two, separate, unrelated contacts (neighbor, and hospital social worker) when I was looking for a place for a loved one last summer. I had already spoken to representatives at two different assisted living facilities but didn't feel either would really be ideal. After speaking at length with Jackie and learning about what other senior living options exist and their pros and cons, she arranged visits to three other facilities.
