We had such a wonderful experience touring Clearwater Ahwatukee Assisted Living and Memory Care. Diana gave us a warm welcome and an incredibly informative tour—she was knowledgeable, kind, and made us feel right at home.
During our visit, we enjoyed lunch, and the service provided by Tyler and Eraina was exceptional. They were attentive, friendly, and made the meal feel special. The food itself was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented.

I go visit a couple that lives here and they absolutely love it. They moved in when the place first opened and so they’ve seen it grow and mature into what it is today. The apartment is spacious, there are two bedrooms in this particular model with a Full kitchen. The back patio is very convenient for those with dogs because they’re able to get out directly from the apartment. Staff is amazing and attentive. And the food looks delicious.

I met Diana for a tour of the facility and was impressed with the size of units, amenities and general feel of Clearwater. The tour gave me a great idea to see if it is a good fit for my mom.

I had the pleasure of working with the sales team at Clearwater Ahwatukee, and I couldn’t be more impressed by their exceptional customer service. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. Diana and Autumn took the time to thoroughly understand my needs and answered all my questions with patience and clarity. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. The entire staff demonstrated genuine care and a commitment to making sure both my loved one and I felt at home. I highly recommend Clearwater to anyone looking for a compassionate and welcoming environment for their family members.

We are very pleased with Clearwater of Ahwatukee for out family member. We were given a detailed tour and the sales staff was patient with all our questions. The grounds and interior are kept spotless and the do a great job with the interior cleaning of our family members home. The place is very nicely decorated and seems more like an upscale hotel. The rooms are well planned out with grab bars and emergency pull alarms for staff to respond 24/7.
I was most impressed with how friendly staff and the residents are. We have visited probably 20 times since they moved in and I’m very impressed how genuine staff is to you. The really try hard to get you settled in and take care of issues that occur. Everyone really seems to enjoy working there which shows that management is doing a good job as well.
We have also had meals at both restaurants and found the food to be as good as a restaurant. The desserts were even better.
The offer so many different levels of support for a fee for laundry service, prescription help, food delivery to your room and more. They also help with a medical issues, physical therapy, transportation and more.
The activities are great with movie night, bingo, high tea, arts and crafts and more. They even have a monthly town council with residents to be involved in their community. I would highly recommend Clearwater. It may seem expensive but once factoring in housing mortgage, food, cleaning, landscaping, transportation, and utilities then it’s pretty reasonable.
