This facility is our neighbor. It is well kept and attractive inside and out. Although, not a resident, have visited it and am always impressed by the pretty interior and the good care its residents obviously receive. My "joke" to hubby...just wheel me down to the end of the block when it's my time as I know I'll be in the best of hands.

I had to move my mom from an inferior assisted living home recently; and after a long, thorough search I found Desert Breeze Assisted Living. The owners, Wilma and Brendy Collado, spent time with me on the phone to understand my mom's needs, as well as when I toured two of their homes (they have three) in Chandler. The homes are spacious, beautifully decorated, cozy, and comfortable. We ended up choosing a room at their 1080 S Amber home. The caregivers are friendly, kind, and go out of their way to take care of my mom. At her last home, she never left her room or ate in the dining room (she's in early dementia). Here, she spends her days in "her own" recliner in a family room watching TV and playing games on her tablet. She eats every (home--cooked) meal at the table. My brothers and I are amazed at the difference the Desert Breeze care has made in her behavior. It's so comforting to us knowing that my mom has the best of care, especially after a year in a subpar house. I highly recommend anyone looking for quality senior care to meet the Collados and tour their homes. They rarely have openings—a great sign.

My dad loves this group home. His caregivers are top notch. They really care about my dad. Can't say enough good things about this group home
