A very nice facility, and the staff is very friendly. The food could be a little better, but, overall, I would recommend this place to anyone. I could definitely write more, but, this place is definitely a 5 star facility. Glad my Dad chose this place!!

I chose this place for my aunt two years ago. The Surprise location is a relatively new location and extremely well maintained.
Residents are well cared for, and everything necessary for a great independent living lifestyle is provided.
I'm very happy to have found this wonderful place to care for my aunt.

My mother-In-law has lived here since March 2021. The place is immaculate, everyone is very friendly & the food is very good. The staff does an awesome job with weekly entertainment and offers many amenities for these seniors. I think it’s a great place!! My mother in-law is very happy here

It's a beautiful community, and I was surprised at how large the apartments were, I experienced eating lunch there it was amazing. The people are so friendly. I love this place. Wish I could give 10 🌟
