My Mom was in both the Rehabilitation Center where Arsenio and Debbie took amazing care of my mom & me. Marissa at the front desk was warm and friendly and supportive every step of the way. The case manager Laraine and Helen in social services could not have been more supportive and kind. When my mother moved to respite care Anabel connected with mom and was so kind to me. Hospice of the West nurses, Tanya, Steven, Debbie, and Rick were wonderful. Thank you all for being there for my family on our journey.

After checking out and evaluating many independent living communities, I chose Freedom Plaza. The apartments are large, the staff is welcoming and unfailingly pleasant. The views from most apartments are great. Tha sunrise over New River is usually spectacular. The food is very good. The residents are happy evidenced by smiles and pleasant greetings. There are many activities from which to choose and a variety of entertainment options. Overall, a great place to retire.

Today i decided to join my mother for the anniversary dinner everything was going just fine, staff was friendly serve was good and the food was great. A older women who seemed to be the boss kept yelling at the staff and banging on the walls which is highly inappropriate behavior especially infront of residents and guests, her attitude is unacceptable and disturbing. If anyone else has seen this behavior DONT be scared to share it her name was terry.

Visited a friend there recently, it seems like a really nice place. I'd definitely live there, if I could afford it.
