Food review: I was here for a professional meeting. The community catered. The lunch was delicious! Meeting participants were raving about the quality, flavor and thoughtful choices. Well done Glencroft culinary team! 👏

My life took on a different meaning when I moved to Glencroft. I came in from being in bad health and feeling lonely and depressed. The programs Glencroft offers and the modern way of aging helped me find the path to wellness in spite of my health problems. The community atmosphere is uplifting and the staff is helpful and friendly. It became a haven of family and friends for me. There’s always something going on.

My grandparents pay a hefty monthly rent to live here (which was just raised over a $100) and they are barely able to make it month to month on their social security income. I have seen Glencroft on MULTIPLE occasions ask the residents to "donate" to a thank you fund for the employees (who are paid hourly, mind you) from these residents who are barely scraping by. It's appalling that the very people who see these residents struggle to live at the property would squeeze them for even more money when the employees are better off financially than some of the elderly that house there. The "cleaners" who stop and do a light vacuuming and take the trash out are always asking my grandparents if they could have items around their house on top of this! Our elderly deserve better, and it's truly heartbreaking that a place they are supposed to be taken care of and feel safe would have the audacity to behave in such a manner. Please, if you are looking at housing here, find better for your loved ones or yourself.

I can not begin to describe the amazing people that work at Glencroft. Not only did Mary go above and beyond for me and my grandparents making sure we got the perfect place for them but she brought in a team of people including Joyce that made sure the transition for my grandparents was as smooth as possible. Many tears were shed but at the end of it all and now 2 months of living at Glencroft i can say this was the best decision we ever made. My grandparents are safe and taken the best care of. I can only hope they are still in establishment for when i am of age. Thank you everyone my words can't even express the appreciation i have for you all

We are sadly disappointed in this facility. My friend has been here about a week for rehabilitation services. They have only attempted to get her up once and the staff is mean to her. We spoke to the manager requesting that she be moved immediately. My friend is the nicest person in the world and there is no reason to be mean to her. It’s disgusting that she got such care. I would hate to see how much she would have digressed if this continued. Don’t come here.
