The beds do seem outdated , however it’s the amazing staff that makes this place a 5 star . Having compassionate caregiving is emphasized. Attentive staff Eugene and Vanessa incredible caregivers during the day shift . Culturally sensitive and inclusive. Physical therapy team and Occupational team amazing . Patient and attentive , listening to your needs and goals . Very respectful

I've been a patient here for the last few weeks for rehab. So far, it's been very disappointing due to being understaffed. Most of their C.N.A.'s are terrific and are doing the work of 3. As my time here continues, I have received treatment for issues i didn't have when I was accepted here, which took 20 days, give or take, and they started talking about discharge. My insurance covered 100 days. I've had to appeal 2 notices, which have caused tremendous unnecessary stress. Long-term care seems to be what they prefer. They do help a lot of people from the Navajo and Hopi reservation and seem to be their preference for short-term care. I had a fall today and taken to the hospital for x-rays, but I have to wait until tomorrow for a report and hopefully receive something for my pain.
My stay so far has been 33 days, and I'm fighting another form saying my insurance won't pay.

My dad was there for over 20 days, for physical therapy after heart surgery. We wanted to especially thank Sofia L and Sonya. The whole staff was good. We thank the PT staff most of all; which got him back on track and stronger to come home. Thank you all again.

I recently visited my grandma and she seemed to be happy with her stay. She. received good care from her nursing staff and spoke highly of the c.n.a. Deja. She was very polite and carried herself well and my grandma said she always made her smile. Great Place!

My great grandmother was recently here, I was absolutely not happy with how they treated her along with the nurses having an attitude & doing their jobs whenever they want. & not when supposed to. It definitely felt as if my grandmother was neglected, which was a hard pill to swallow. I’m sure my review was deleted. But I want everyone to know DO NOT bring your loved ones here, because yes they will come out differently & you will be disappointed.
