The staff are always kind, patient, and attentive to needs. From the nurses to the aides and even the front desk, everyone treated us with dignity and genuine care. Case Management provided amazing resources. The facility is clean, organized, and feels more like a community than an institution. We also appreciated the regular updates and how involved they kept us with the care plan. Therapy there really helped and was built specifically for each person; it wasn't one size fits all. Lisa made sure appointments were scheduled with transportation when needed. Amber helped with all of the documentation we needed and or requested! The kitchen staff (Henry, Brenda, & Robert) actually came out of the kitchen to the room to speak with us and ask what we liked or to address any issues. Morgan was very nice and explained the care process to us. Taylor went over the cost and was very patient. Josh made sure we were cool and comfortable. My family was very impressed and touched that care was taken with our loved one and everyone made us feel like family. My family felt important! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place that truly values their residents.

Natanya has been awesome with my father. Quick reply when help is needed. Answered all my family questions that pertains to my fathers health. She is a great worker. Non stop on her feet and helping with request.

I recently had to visit Haven to check on my grandma, and I can’t say enough about the warm hospitality and comfort she experienced during her stay. The rooms were beautifully decorated in a soothing, contemporary style and were impeccably clean, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The nurses were not only highly skilled but also incredibly compassionate, ensuring my grandma received the best possible care. She particularly enjoyed the delicious meals served in the dining area, which featured a diverse menu that was both nutritious and satisfying; each dish was fresh, flavorful, and always served piping hot! The overall environment was inviting, making it clear that the well-being of the residents is a top priority at Haven.
