The home is very welcoming and friendly environment. The facility is,always kept clean and well maintained. Their staff are incredibly compassionate & very attentive to the residents needs. Very supportive environment with a variety of engaging activities & delicious meals that cater to the residents dietary needs. Residents are very pleasant to talk to. Its always a beautiful feeling to see them smiling and interacting to each other specialty when they gather in the living room and watch their favorite movie. Thank you for the wonderful care. ❤🙏

Immaculate Heart of Mary Assisted Living has been a true blessing for my grandfather's care. As someone who requires support for dementia and the unique challenges that come with it--like sundowning issues and mood swings--I'm deeply grateful for their expertise and compassion. The staff handles these complex situations with incredible patience, skill, and ease, making it evident that they truly understand the needs of the aging population.
Seeing how they care for my grandfather and the other residents, I'm reminded of God's work in action. Immaculate Heart of Mary's team brings such peace and stability to each day, which is priceless. They embody the verse, "Whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me." (Matthew 25:40). I couldn't be more thankful for the comfort they provide to both my grandfather and our entire family.

What looks good on the outside isn't what goes on on the inside. If you put your loved one in this home make sure you show up at different days and times to see what is really going on. The caregivers are substandard, will yell at the residents, ignore calls for help, and sell you a bill of goods. Also if you don't want your loved one's medical history and your financial issues talked about to everyone, do not have your loved one stay here. Anyone here needs an advocate in their corner to watch out for their well-being. They talk the talk, but don't walk the walk.

My friend was a resident of this facility, I've witnessed many acts of neglect with my friend and the residents at this facility. I have also witnessed so many HIPAA violation and many altercations with the Main caregiver and other caregivers.
In one occasion when I was visiting my friend their was big altercation between the main caregiver ( Ella ) and another caregiver, one of the resident had to call the police because they were screaming awful words insulting each other, the residents were all sacred.
They have no activities what so ever! they don't engage with any of the residents, the residents are left in their room for hours, some screaming, other's just sitting and or laying in their beds, meanwhile you have all these caregivers just sitting and on their phone hearing some of the residents calling for help and they don't get up to help them, they are to busy being on the cell phone!!
I do not recommend this place for your love ones!!

My sister was a resident at the facility. The treatment of my sister, as well as other residents was horrendous. I don’t typically leave bad reviews, but I felt it necessary in this case. I witnessed numerous act of neglect, alienation, and HIPAA violations. Do your research before sending your loved one to this facility.
