My grandfather only resided in this ALF for 2 months before he passed with hospice. While the majority of the staff was pleasant to work with, there was one nurse who seemed uncaring. While visiting, she would monopolize conversations about herself and talk about her personal life. Heard the doorbell ring several times while she was on her cellphone with her daughter that my aunt had to answer the door. Apparently he used a lot of tissue paper and the owner requested we bring in his own tissue paper. Evidently the amount of money we pay monthly isn't enough to support his tissue need. Millie the aid was amazing!

Jordan and her staff are very hard working, compassionate, listened to concerns we had about the care of our loved one, even going so far as to accommodate a special diet for him. She also accommodated our desire to work with a more natural approach to his care. She had a personal touch, even making homemade gifts for our loved one at holiday time. She coordinated care with our loved one's PCP, giving them information from his day to day care, and keeping them abreast of any recent changes. If mistakes were made they were acknowledged and corrected quickly. Jordan has 2 young children and she brings them with her to visit the residents when she can. They raise the spirits of the residents and bring a lot of joy!

Jubilee is such a wonderful facility! I have been a physician to some of the residents there, where I would make house calls. It was comforting to see that with the small capacity of residents, there is more hands on care available to be provided by the staff. I also love the coziness of home that they provide. Krystal and Erica, who are sisters and the owners, show so much care and passion for what they do. Highly recommended for your loved ones.

My grandfather resided here in this wonderful house for a short time and was treated with nothing but compassion and love we had a wonderful experience and it truly is a comforting place. I’m grateful to the owners and staff for creating an environment like this for other people including my grandfather. With all my heart, thank you for what you do

Happy thanksgiving wouldn’t have been so happy if it wasn’t for Liz who went the extra mile and cooked up a fantastic meal. She makes this place feel like home. She cares and is gentle and genuine. I appreciate her for taking care of everyone and my father. I pray that she is blessed ten fold for her deeds. Thank you very much Liz.
