I feel like I have improved since coming into the facility and working with the therapy department. I feel like the muse press were kind and took good care of me. There was one nurse who left me unattended in the restroom but other than that they were all caring. Most days they do a good Job keeping the rooms clean. I will say the bathrooms located in the room could be cleaner. The people that are taking care of the patients are very kind and have been humble. If i could give a rating to recommend it would be an 8. I am very happy I was able to see improvement while in the facility

It's been some time since my friend had passed. I'm going to leave a review on this place.
My friend had cancer and she made the decision to go to this place. When she first came to the facility she was very healthy and strong. I went to visit her every couple of days. However when I got sick I couldn't see her until I was better. (A week and a half) When I returned to the facility to visit she had blood in her mouth sores on her body. And the diapers she wear created a rash on the inside of her thigh she was in so much pain and had obviously been medically neglected.
When I saw her she couldn't talk she was so disoriented. She reached out to me moaning unable to talk and had tears on her eyes. I made the decision to pull her from the facility. I called her Patient Advocate she called the ambulance to transport her to a hospital. When the EMT arrived a nurse was confronting him saying she was fine. The EMT snapped at her and said look at her she's not going to make it to the hospital.
If you have loved ones at this facility please please make sure they're okay and that they're receiving proper care.

I am a long term resident at oasis! I enjoy going to activities and watching the performers. The food is good for the most part. The nurses are kind. I like my physical therapist I enjoy being able to get up and walk!

I'd like to take some time to thank each and everyone of the people involved in the care and physical Therapy that got my mother up and walking after falling and breaking her hip to having emergency surgery and sent to Oasis for rehab. The physical therapy team here are amazing and they put their heart in what they do. Mom wouldn't be doing what she is doing after just one month of it weren't for you all. Also thanks to George, Jubilee, Vickie, Errolyn, Penny, etc etc there are many names l'd like to add here but it would take another page for it.
Mom is so pleased and extends her heartwarming thanks to each and every person at Oasis who contributed to her wellbeing. God bless you all!
