My dad was at Paradise West for a short time, but the care he received was the best we could have hoped for. The owners and staff made us feel welcome, and supported. Every single person there is warm, compassionate, and highly competent to handle physically what the other home could not.
They were not only available when we needed them—they were proactive, attentive, and genuinely kind. The environment is a home, not a facility. It was unbelievable to find a place where people care deeply and it shows.
We are incredibly grateful for the time my dad spent there and the love and care he received. Thank you to everyone at Paradise West—you made a difficult time easier, and we’ll never forget that.
If you're looking for senior care in the area, do yourself a favor and visit Paradise West first. They set the standard for what great care should be.

Loving, compassionate, knowledgeable, clean, affordable and simply a Godsend!! These are just some of the adjectives that come to mind when I think about Paradise West, Lavinia, Jeff, Carmen and the entire family /staff. We were SO BLESSED to have had both of our parents (in-laws) stay here. I mean TRULY BLESSED!!! So if you are trying to find someplace special for your loved ones, call them. You will thank me later.

No one really wants to move into an assisted living facility, but Paradise West Assisted Living has truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment our relative moved in, she has felt at home, which is the best thing we could have hoped for. The staff is incredibly warm and caring, treating each resident like family.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing a cozy and private living space. The common areas are well-maintained, and the backyard is absolutely lovely—a perfect place for residents to relax and enjoy fresh air.
One of the biggest highlights is the food. One of the owners is an amazing cook, and it really makes a difference. The meals are not only well-balanced but also genuinely delicious, making dining something to look forward to every day.
Overall, Paradise West Assisted Living is a wonderful place that offers excellent care, a warm atmosphere, and a true sense of home. We couldn’t be happier knowing our loved one is in such a great environment!

I want to take a moment to share my heartfelt experience with Paradise West Assisted Senior Living, where my dad lived for over a year. It has been a significant part of my family's journey and I feel compelled to express my gratitude.
From day one, the staff at Paradise West Assisted Senior Living made my dad feel welcomed and, most importantly, valued. Teir compassion and dedication were evident in the way they interacted with him and other residents. They truly treat each resident like family, I felt reassured knowing my dad was in such caring hands.
The living arrangements were comfortable and well-maintained. My dad enjoyed his private room, which we were able to personalize. The common areas are inviting, and it was lovely to see residents gathered for social events.
Overall, I cannot recommend Paradise West Assisted Senior Living highly enough. The care, compassion, and community spirit there made a world of difference for my dad and my family. They provided him with a safe, nurturing environment. Thank you to everyone at Paradise West Assisted Senior Living for caring for him and my family and making his time there so special!

My experience with Paradise Living was excellent. They were highly recommended by Hospice of the Valley. Lavinia and Jeff with their team provide kind, respectful, compassionate and loving care. I visited my mother often and always found the atmosphere to be cheerful. The team was friendly and informative. If you are lucky to place your loved one there you will be happy knowing they are in excellent care.
