So happy we have this facility in our town! Leaving your loved one’s care to others is a hard decision to make. I have every confidence that the Park Senior Villas staff will do the best they can for my husband. They have been so supportive and helpful through the whole process. If you are looking for assisted living options, be sure to check with them. I’m glad I did!

I moved my Mom into this beautiful facility just over a year ago after she had suffered a horrible injury and experience at a different memory care home. I was afraid of placing her anywhere after that first experience but I can now say Patk Senior Villas is everything I had hoped to find for Mom. No matter when I visit the facility is always clean, quiet and organized. The caregivers are wonderful and give me a full update on how Mom is doing each time I am there. The fact that she has had the same consistent caregivers is such a blessing and it helped Mom to finally feel comfortable and at home. I would highly recommend Patk Senior Villas to anyone and this is coming from someone who had lost all trust and hope for finding a trusted memory care home. Everyone I have met and worked with over the last year have been professional and truly care about their residents

Our family is so grateful for the exceptional care and support provided by the staff at Park Senior Villas (PSV) during my mother's nearly 3-year stay in their memory care unit. The caregivers at PSV were so professional, respectful, and deeply committed to provide comfort, support, and love to my mother until the very end. We are so fortunate to have consistent, amazing caregivers who were always working above and beyond, being there for our mom. This made such a difference when we could not be with her every day, giving our family peace of mind. The facility itself is wonderful - new, clean, and warm, feeling like a true home. We had so many unforgettable moments shared with my mother in this community. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

The staff at Chandler Senior Park Villa provided my mother, Gail Nevin, with such compassionate and dignified care during her final days, and my family and I are forever grateful for their kindness, attention, and support. CNAs, Elena and Neelam, worked closely together to ensure Mom’s individual preferences were honored—they knew her love for ice water, apple juice, and hot meals, and they treated her with the utmost care and respect. CNAs, Marcos and Laura, were the other team who consistently cared for my mom. Marcos was quick to respond, efficient, and caring, while Laura brought sweetness and attentiveness, always making sure Mom’s hair looked its best, especially since they shared a special connection through their curly hair. Jeanne, the front desk administrator, regularly checked in on Mom, showing genuine care and responsiveness to anything we needed. Emily, the nurse practitioner, held such affection for Mom, always sharing how much she loved her smile and compliments. Her tears at Mom’s passing reflected the deep bond they had formed. Finally, Joseph, the chef, went above and beyond to bring joy to Mom. When she wasn’t eating, he personally took the time to make her a special meal of baked fish, which he knew she loved, even going to the store after hours to ensure it was perfect for her the next day. Each person brought something unique and special to my mother’s care, providing not only comfort to her but also to us during this difficult time. We are so grateful for their compassion, faith, and the dignity they gave Mom as she reached the end of her life. Their kindness will forever be remembered by our family. Shannon Watson
