What a great team at Royal Oaks supporting seniors. My folks joined this community on my father's 92nd birthday three days ago. Kudos to Heather (and initially Carrie) who did an amazing job guiding him through the process after my physician sister sold him on the superior qualities of Royal Oaks (among them: three levels of care, indoor and outdoor pools, great food, and a grand piano residents welcomed to play).
Nick and Becca (maintenance) and Joe (TV installation) went beyond the call of duty to assure everything important for move-in safety and enjoyment completed. Thanks!!!
Thanks to Alicia and her management at the new restaurant right in the main building who stepped up to provide a delicious meal even though we were unaware they closed at 6pm and at closing time, starved, exhausted after a marathon day moving and unpacking. They even sang happy birthday!
Deeply grateful and highly recommend Royal Oaks!

My mom moved in to RO independent living a few months ago and is so happy. She said it feels like home. The food is great. Staff is kind & helpful. The gym & pools are beautiful. I am grateful mom is in such an amazing place.

I have no experience with this facility however I did like Cuteless response that you hire only 100% clean record. That would be a five plus Stars in my book because you are looking for the very best for your facility.
