Sante Of Surprise is the best place to keep your loved ones. My Mom has been a patient at Sante a couple of times and they never fail to amaze me! Everyone is so nice and helpful, the food is DELICIOUS! The server Nira is very nice, helpful and keeps a smile on all day in the dining room! The other server Nubia is very good with her customer service and is helpful as well. Thank you Sante for having amazing workers and keeping my mom in good hands!

I visited Sante of Surprise for the first time today. A good friend is recovering there and a few of us stopped in to visit. The facility is very well maintained; the lobby, dining room, restroom, and hallways were clean. The patient rooms are also nice; the staff clean regularly to ensure the guests comfort. What I did not anticipate was how nice the staff all were. Everyone from the doctors, nurses, and housekeeping staff all said "hello" or "good morning." It's a rarity, as in other facilities I've visited, you might just barely receive a smile from the staff. This was quite different. Tammy at the Front Desk made us feel very welcome-she provided us with some dark chocolate treats and good conversation while our friend finished his OT session. I am impressed by this facility; my friend is in a good place with caring people.

A huge thank you to Sante of Surprise! My Dad was a patient at Sante at he absolutely loved it! The dining room is so beautiful and the food is delicious! Thank you to Nira for your wonderful service, she is truly the best!. Every worker is so kind at Sante.

This place is an answer to prayer. My mom was here for about 6 weeks. I spent an hour with her almost everyday. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, and I think I ran into all of them. The medical staff took amazing care of my mom. The food was so exceptional and so much better than you'd expect. When dinner was something my mom didn't want, she was able to order something off a large and diverse menu. The people who cleaned were nice, the people who brought food were nice, the front desk people are nice. There are people working there that are angels in disguise. If your loved one needs something and is having trouble, make sure you bring it to staff attention Monday to Friday 8 to 4. They will handle all needs and situations, but if you bring it to their attention within those time frames, these people will move heaven and earth to help their residents. I can't say enough about this place. Thank you to everyone that works there. Amazing facility.
