We had to the pleasure of working with Kaneka Trotter recently regarding placing my mom in a facility. She took us to two places and we fell in love with one of them. That was the easy part! Getting it all coordinated and actually moving her was an unbelievable task. Kaneka went way beyond the scope of her job to make this happen quickly. She told my mom about the move, schedule a mover and was there on the day of the move to provide assistance. Thank you Kaneka for all of your assistance!!!

Kaneka is an Angel.
Some time ago, I needed the help of Kaneka Trotter with my mother. My mother is 86 years old and still has fire in her body.She is independent, knowledgeable, spiritual and, a lady.
I reached out to Kaneka and told her my situation. She came to my house and met with my mother. I thought she was going to pull out a legal pad and other instruments and asks my mother questions, but that wasn't the case. Kaneka and my mother talked as if they were friends. She asked questions and from the response was able to figure out my mother. I was amazed and satisfied.
After Kaneka finished with her visited, she and I met away from the house and she told me about my mother. What she told me I had to accept my mother conditions. Right then and there I had decided that selling her house was the best thing and having her move closer to me would be better. I share with Kaneka my decision and without losing eye contact with me she said" I have someone". I was speechless.
Kaneka gave me peace of mind and dismissed my fear. She knows her crafts.
I would recommend Kaneka to anyone who is facing the hard decisions of what to do.

I had an excellent experience with Senior One Source! After doing a lot of leg work on my own, attempting to find affordable and safe living for my mom, I was referred to Dana Jean. I contacted her, and we connected immediately! Dana gathered information about our needs and went to work! Within one hour, she contacted me back with several options. She carefully explained each option, providing details about the wait times, cost and availability. After our selection was made, she met us at the property for a meet and greet with the manager and a tour of the unit. Dana then went a step further, and networked with her contacts to find items that my mom was in need of to make her new place a home. The day my mom moved in, Dana stopped by to ensure she was all settled, and brought her a beautiful flower arrangement and a welcome home card. This meant so much to my mom and made her feel so welcomed and comfortable in her new place. Dana is just amazing, and I would highly recommend her to anyone who is searching for senior living. Thank you so much Dana, you are a very special lady and truly appreciated!

OMG i just wanted to say a HUGE THANK YOU to Kanesha!! She was AMAZING!! She was soooo attentive and so helpful in assisting me and my family with my moms situation and locating the right place for her! She made everything so easy, comfortable and such a positive experience. We had NO CLUE about anything much less where to begin and she addressed and took care of ALL of our concerns, cares and needs! She was so proffessional and down to eaeth i just LOVED working with her and would recommend her over and over again! We are truly grateful, the world needs more people like her! The past couple of weeks have been so very difficult with the situation that we have been put in. Then we met Kaneka aka Ki-Ki and she took a very difficult situation and made it so much better! Found a place for our loved one by the 3rd house we saw. I would and will recommend her to anyone and everyone that needs assistance. She is AMAZING!!
