The Park in Surprise is a truly outstanding independent living community. From the moment we walked through the front doors, we were struck by how welcoming, clean, and vibrant the environment felt. The amenities are top-notch, the grounds are beautiful, the atmosphere is extremely welcoming. The residents seem genuinely happy and engaged, and the sense of community is clear. Sabrina, the Director of Community Relations, was truly amazing--professional, compassionate, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to understand our family's needs and gave us a thorough, thoughtful introduction to everything the Park has to offer. Her passion for the residents and the community really shows. I wholeheartedly recommend The Park at Surprise to anyone considering independent living options.

Our friend Jackie lives in The Park she wanted to have an Old Fashion Tea party for her friends. The event to place in the Presidents Lounge on the second floor.
Jackie and my wife Kathy with the assistance Sabrina Director of Community Relations. Decorated the room with all the fancy things needed for Old Time Tea Party. Jackie had the party catered assortment of finger foods for lunch.The sweet table have a large assortment of fine desserts. With help of Sabrina staff coffee, water, ice were delivered to the room in timely matter.
I looked around the Park myself seeing what it had to offer the residence living there.
I was so impressed that I asked Sabrina to send the Brochure of both the Independent Living and the Assisted Living to a Friend who down the road will need a Great place to call Home.
Thanks to the Park for showing me that when my time comes I know that I would be very Happy at either building.

My mom has lived here for 3 years now and absolutely loves this place, staff and all of the activities, services they provide. All of the staff are super friendly and helpful, especially Joyce, who always has a smiling face and greets everyone who walks in the door. She has also helped us with any questions or issues that may arise. Our family is grateful to the Park and the staff for providing a safe, enjoyable place for our mother to reside.

I am a nurse who places residents all over Arizona and The Park is the epitome of excellence! I had a couple in from out of town and last minute wanted to tour. Sabrina came in on her vacation to tour with us and make them feel welcome. She set up a dinner with current residents for my clients to get a feel of how others liked the building without pressure to commit and it sealed the deal! She always goes above and beyond to make our clients feel special.

Immediately when I walked in the building I was warmly welcomed by Joyce at the front desk. I had the opportunity to meet with Sabrina in the sales department. Sabrina was very informative and engaging. The property was absolutely beautiful, truly one of a kind, nothing like I have ever seen!
