My grandma lives at Watermark and is in memory care. I go in to visit her a couple times a week so I am there regularly. I want to highlight Kenzie and Ashley. Each time I see them they are very attentive, very caring and without fail have amazing attitudes. I can’t say enough good things about them. Their patience and compassion shows how much they truly care not only for my grandma but the other residents as well. Having them there brings peace of mind knowing she is well taken care of. I would also like to note Kitty, who is at the front desk, is always more than helpful with any and everything. She has such a kind heart and is always eager to help each resident and visitor.

I went to visit my grandma at this facility. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The facilities were clean and the residents seemed to be happy as well due to good care. My grandma has improved due to their care and extra curricular activities. Thank you!
I made a second visit almost a year later and was greeted with the same courtesy and service. Keep up the good work

I moved my mom to the Watermark last October and I couldn’t be happier it. The residents are warm and friendly. The staff goes above and beyond to help. Especially one employee, Nancy! She has answered my calls even on her days off. I highly recommend The Watermark!

I have really enjoyed living here at Watermark. The staff is exceedingly helpful and always have great attitudes! The activities are well planned and fun to do. Meals are well cooked, and the staff serves it with a smile!
I enjoy the scenery very much. Being surrounded by well groomed lawns, trees and the lake. Hopefully I will be here for years to come!

Beautiful facility with the best staff ever!! There are always fun activities and outings for the residents and their families. The food is really good in the dining hall and they really make the holidays and special occasions special and fun. I trust that my father is in good hands when I travel. He is safe and healthy. I appreciate all the love and care that is provided on a daily basis. I couldn’t ask for a better place for my dad to spend his golden years.
