UPDATE: Full five stars.
As my mother's needs change, I appreciate the flexibility and personal attention given to mom as a resident and me as her caregiver. Mom now receives hospice services, and TLC has honored our wishes while providing exceptional round-the-clock care between visits from nurses and doctors. Glad to be home from the hospital, she is comfortable and happiest in her own room at TLC. This is what is meant by 'quality of life'.

Carolina is responsive to requests, and often takes my mother out to grocery shop or see a movie. This is a huge deal for my high-functioning mother, who needs memory care but isn't ready to be 'imprisoned' in a locked-down assisted living environment. Tranquil Living Home is a good alternative to a facility.

I love the care and attention the home gives to their patients, the home was very warm and welcoming. While the short stay for my sister, I feel they took really good care of her and I really appreciated their patience with her.
