I met Noelle at a Coffee Shop where I volunteer. Noelle is a kind, caring and delightful person. She brighten the day when she comes to the Coffee Shop.

Visiting Angels has done outstanding job of keep us informed on all schedule changes (few) that have occurred. They do a great job of interfacing with our long term health care insurance. They honor our wishes when changes do occur. Their people are well trained and are very conscientious. I highly recommend them.

For Casa Grande workers, 4 stars only because of Rhonda Snyder. I'd give her 10 stars and the other angels between a 1 and 3.
The 3 star gal -asked to go to the grocery store with my dad's card-which I of course complied and turned the card on for her, to which she instead went to Wells Fargo 6 miles away from the Frys down the street and helped my dad withdraw $300 cash and had him change his pin which involves going into the bank teller. She kept in his his wallet to go out to eat with, which I had also asked not to happen for cost reasons and his digestive/salt intake issues.
The other gal -1 star. She only would take my dad out to eat, left dirty depends and tissues everywhere -let food rot in his fridge, wouldn't make sure he showered or did his laundry-let him be in dirty clothes for weeks-I spent $600 for a house cleaner and she promised to keep it clean only to have to spend another $600 a mo later bc she didn't even tidy up each day. She 'let my dementia father take his pills himself" which meant he didn't take them and couldn't even prepare healthy snacks or dinner for him. She left him to nutty bars and potato chip bags which he would devour and forget how much he ate. She was there to get a free lunch on my dad's dime that didn't agree with his digestion, and watch TV.
10 Star Review: I cannot say enough great things about Rhonda Snyder. She looked after my dad like a relative would, with so much care watching his reactions to medication, cooking all of his meals for him, watching his salt intake as that was a side effect of one medication is his legs started swelling with too much salt, she would massage his legs, help him with showers, make sure he always had fresh clothes and linens, and help him shave, make sure he had fresh adult diapers on. She made sure he took all of his medications and would report any side effects etc. She took him to every appointment for his haircut or dentist appointment, just on top of it without me reminding her, she would remind me! She would bring up anything that needed attention. She watched the grocery bill to a minimum spending, kept his house immaculate, and really kept such an eye on him.
My dad ended up wandering in the early morning and fell when we couldn't afford 24 hr care-and he has since moved the a Memory Care Facility for Alzheimer's. Rhonda was by his side for 24 hrs that day and even advocated for him when he was in the hospital as they weren't giving him his meds-she wouldn't let him out of her sight that night even though he wanted to wander again.
Sadly The Visiting Angels didn't reprimand either 1 star or 3 star gal, but did give me Rhonda Snyder. She is the only reason I stayed with the Angels and hated that I couldn't afford only her.
They often reprimanded Rhonda for communicating with me about my dad. He has dementia and if I called, he would say 'everything is good', and I'd ask to put Rhonda on the phone and she would tell me about his legs swelling and other side effects of his medication was, give him his medication and document each time, when he showered, his dentist or hair appt, if he needed groceries, if the lawn guy did a good job etc.
The 1 and 3 star ladies both still are employed by Visiting Angels and Rhonda Snyder has moved on from the company I think bc of how they treated her.
Take it or leave it-just full honest review -I found one gem and some awful, they reprimanded the gem.
The case managers for Casa Grande are both lovely people and one was right there visiting and advocating for my dad when he went to the hospital after falling; and even answered the phone for Rhonda at 2 am when my dad was fighting Rhonda to go back outside again.
The case manager talked my dad down and back to bed. I think what is hard about the case managers, is that they are incredible people and it's who you meet when you first start working with Visiting Angels and so you think about all of their workers will be like them. Instead, Only Rhonda was and she was who they reprimanded.
